Horry County By S. W. Vaught Magistrate
To Any Lawful Constable
Whereas Benjamin Warren personally appeared
before me and after being duly sworn, deposeth
and saith that he believes and has good
reasons to believe that Isham Hemmingway
did, on or about the first day of June 1869
in the County aforesaid at or [illegible] he said
[illegible] residence did feloniously take away
and keep confined in his possession and
alter the mark of two head of his. The
said [defrauded?] pigs the value of five dollars
against the Peace and dignity of the State.
These are therefore to command you
forthwith to arrest the said Isham Hemmingway
and bring him personally before me or some
other magistrate to be dealt with accordingly
to law.
Given under my hand and seal this seventeenth day of November, 1869
S.W. Vaught"
